Orders and Shipping

Kiyas has a simple shipping policy for all orders placed on our website, with no exceptions.

Do you deliver all over India?

Yes, we deliver all across India though the delivery time may vary from town to town or city to city.

Will I have to pay shipping charges on every purchase?

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount, which is notified from time to time. You should consider the shipping rates shown at the time of check-out to be final.

How soon after I place my order, are my products shipped?

All orders received are usually shipped the same day or by next working day. In rare cases, we may take a little longer to ship your order. In case of any delay we will keep you informed.

What is the transit time for the order?

After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability.

What if I have entered the wrong address?

We would request you to call us at our Customer Care number. immediately so that we can fix the same for you.

How can I track my order?

To track your order, you can follow the tracking link in your confirmation email. You can also mail us with your order no. and registered email ID using which you have placed your order or call us at our Customer Care number. We will check and revert to you about your order status. We will be available from Mon-Sat from 10 AM to 7 PM (excluding public holidays).

What is the minimum and maximum delivery timeline?

It depends upon the location but usually we delivered the order minimum 7 working days and maximum we are taking 15 working days.

Can I return the package at the time of delivery if I’m not satisfied?

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us on our Customer Care number or send us an email at support@kiyas.in, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
